Deloitte released the Gen Z and Millennial Survey Report which surveyed 22,000 respondents in 44 countries to review the resulting impacts of the disruptive events over the past three years. The study determined that while respondents acknowledged some positive change, they remain deeply concerned about their futures. With Gen Zs and Millennials rethinking the role of work in their lives and struggling with the high cost of living. The study determined that stress and anxiety levels remain high and burnout is on the rise for these generations. With 61% of Gen Zs and half of Millennials having experienced harassment or microaggressions in the workplace in the past 12 months.
