Unispace released the Unispace Global Workplace Insights Report, which highlights findings from approximately 16,000 employees and employers globally. The study found that 74% of employers are struggling to ensure that employees are happy and engaged, meanwhile, 59% of employees are experiencing burnout at work. Yet, 72% of employers are mandating returns to the workplace, and of those employers, 42% have experienced higher attrition as a result. Which begs the question, are employers listening to the needs of their most important asset – their employees? The findings of the study indicate that there is a fundamental disconnect between employers and employees.
