BC Healthy Communities announced that applications are now open for the Age-friendly Communities Grants. Funded by the Ministry of Health, BC Healthy Communities Society (BCHC) delivers age-friendly community grants. The grants offer funding across two streams: Planning (Stream 1) up to $25,000 and Projects (Stream 2) up to $15,000. The grants include in-kind, capacity-building supports customized to individual communities and delivered by BCHC staff.
