Have an idea for a project that could benefit your community? Or maybe you want to help the environment, but don’t know how to get started? We are pleased to share on behalf of the Invasive Species Council of BC (ISCBC), that the Healthy Habitats Community Service Grant Program is now accepting applications for its micro-grants program, designed to support youth ages 15 – 30 across Canada. Youth will gain hands-on project management skills, enhance communication and teamwork capabilities, and bring their vision to life while building an impactful resume. Eligible candidates can receive funding ranging from $100 to $5,000 for a variety of projects, from educational materials, art installations, to community events, aligning with the program’s goal of fostering environmental stewardship.

To learn more about our program, including eligibility criteria and application details, please visit ISCBC’s microgrant website or email their team at grants@bcinvasives.ca.
