Applications are now open for Toronto Foundation’s 2025 Vital  Signs Grants, focusing on small nonprofits and charities, with operating budgets of up to $500,000, working to build their internal capacity. The funding opportunity includes a one-time grant to strengthen the capacity and charitable work of high-impact organizations. Grantees will also receive additional promotion to the Toronto Foundation’s network of donors. Incorporated nonprofits do not need to apply with a charitable trustee. Priority will be given to organizations that are equity-led and equity-serving, as well as Indigenous-led organizations.

Application Deadline: Friday, February 7^th at 5 PM (EST).
