Feldman Daxon Partners is honoured to give back by providing one (1) six-month coaching program to an executive-level employee of a registered charity. The program will be customized to an executive’s development needs, which may include scenarios such as:

• A technical expert transitioning to a more people-focused role 
• An incoming leader taking on a role in a new organization 
• A senior executive requiring a confidential thought partner
