ComIT.org commissioned a new survey as part of an ongoing series of research to gauge current workplace biases, challenges, and issues faced by visible minorities. Several pivotal findings were garnered, including over half (51.40%) of recent employed immigrants state they have a Caucasian manager they consider less qualified. Moreover, 60.8% of immigrants encountered workplace microaggressions or discrimination, with 22.4% reporting weekly occurrences and 21.0% monthly.
