The Ontario Nonprofit Network in collaboration with l’Assemblée de la Francophonie de l’Ontario (l’AFO), conducted a sector survey to evaluate the health of nonprofits in Ontario. - Heightened human resources crises with nonprofits struggling to recruit and retain employees.
- Decreased volunteerism in the wake of the pandemic, which is a major issue as nearly half of these organizations are volunteer-run.
