The Community Sector Council of Nova Scotia (CSCNS) is launching the 2022 Workforce Insights Survey for the Nova Scotia community impact sector, supported by the the Association of Industry Sector Councils (AISC)!

This survey will allow a better understanding the state of the community impact sector, as well as what’s needed to support your efforts – your organization is critical to creating the full picture! The data will help inform policymakers and sector leaders to raise awareness about the significant, positive economic, environmental, and social impacts of the sector. Your responses will help CSCNS better advocate on the sector’s behalf and tailor programs, resources, and opportunities to better support your organization’s work!

The research findings will be summarized and shared in the spring through the “2022 State of the Sector Report”, similar to the research and document produced in 2020! The data will also be available online through a visual, interactive dashboard. The sector dashboard will allow you to see key workforce trends across the province, assisting your organization in decision-making and collaboration.
