Impact Organizations of Nova Scotia launched Pathway to Actions, which starts with a survey and leads to a dedicated pathway to help nonprofits navigate tools and resources to support their organization in growing knowledge, shifting mindsets, and moving to action. Nonprofits will learn how their organization stands in its justice and equity work by uncovering their organization persona. Based on community research with impact organizations in Mi’kma’ki, these organizational personas outline common motivations, needs, and barriers faced in this work. A nonprofit’s organizational persona will help them reflect on their journey and plan what is needed for their team to move forward to create more inclusive workplaces.
