The Ontario Nonprofit Network recently launched Pathways to Decent Work. Organizations are invited to explore eight pathways and resources to help advance decent work and equity for Black, Indigenous, and/or racialized people in our sector. For those uncertain about where to start in their journey, it is recommended to start with the Decent Work Charter and then proceed through the eight pathways.
