This research program is designed to learn about the effectiveness of settlement service delivery to newcomer clients and improve their experience with online services.

Eligibility

Have client-facing work experience in one of the six main areas of settlement services (Needs Assessments and Referrals, Information and Orientation, Language Assessments, Language Training, Employment-Related Services, and Community Connections) in Canada.
