TELUS Health released its Mental Health Index which reveals that Canadians under 40 are 60% more likely than those over 50 to lack confidence in their ability to cope with workplace stressors. With 29% of respondents indicating that they typically struggle when it comes to adapting to change. The study found that half of working Canadians would be interested in a mental health assessment.
