According to a new study conducted by Stats Canada and reported on by Policy Wise, 82% of nonprofit organizations are optimistic about the next 12 months. The top obstacles that were noted that may cause issues for the organization include recruiting skilled employees (36%), retaining skilled employees (32%), and the rising cost of inputs (32%). The study reviewed the working arrangements offered by organizations to attract and retain talent, and found that 64% of organizations are offering remote working arrangements to improve flexibility for employees.
