Applications are now open for the IONS Change Management Fall 2022 cohort. In partnership with PROSCI, IONS is offering an immersive 10-week virtual Change Management Program to help nonprofit professionals engage, adopt, and embrace a change in day-to-day work. The overall approach focuses on the processes and tools that enable people to thrive through change to achieve the best possible outcome.

The program framework guides a cohort of 20 change leaders through five tenets of change management. The cohort-based learning allows professionals to connect and collaborate with a group of sector leaders. Nonprofit professionals leading projects through a process change, or a fundamental structural change are invited to apply.
