Sights on Success Consulting hosts the Intercultural Sharing Circle as a culturally safe team-building workshop in intercultural competence development. The ISC uses leadership coaching techniques and takes both a culture-general and culture-specific approach to Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Reconciliation based on a broader and more complex understanding of culture. The goal is to encourage the development of cultural self-awareness, humility, non-judgment, and empathy to help navigate and bridge cultural/value differences more appropriately and effectively.
