The ASD Studies Laboratory at Queen’s University is looking for autistic girls aged 9-18 and parents/guardians to participate in an online study exploring the gender differences in the self-perception of competencies in youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The study includes questions aimed at understanding how individuals understand their own abilities and the differences between the genders in this understanding.

The study is comprised of two online surveys – one parent/guardian questionnaire and one child questionnaire. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the entire study, and participants will be sent a $20 Amazon Gift Card as a thank you for their time.

If you’re interested in participating, or if you have any questions about the study, please email 11eb31@queensu.ca.
