The United Way Greater Toronto‘s mobilization efforts to meet the urgent needs of communities during the pandemic have led to effective innovations. Such innovations in processes and strategy have equipped the organization with the capability to leverage such learnings to address critical issues facing communities. The innovations and applicability of the lessons have been outlined in a new case study series called “Collaboration, Cooperation, Co-Creation: Case Studies of Social Service Innovations During COVID-19“, authored by United Way Greater Toronto in partnership with the Canadian Philanthropy Partnership Research Network (PhiLab).

The case studies series is the latest addition to United Way Greater Toronto’s body of original research – one of several ways that the organization drives lasting, systems-level solutions to create healthy, safe, and flourishing communities without poverty.
